How to unlock Dell with Hint key

How does it work?

  • Power on your laptop
  • Enter wrong password three times
  • You will see screen with KEY (XXXXXXXX)
  • Restart notebook
  • You will see password prompt and your hint key ( like on the picture below )

    In this case Hint KEY is 5526CD3C
  • Just go to: Buy password page
  • type your HINT KEY (from login screen)
  • Press "Paypal" button
  • After payment processing, your master password will be sent immediately (to your paypal email address)
  • In Laptop: enter calculated password, then push Enter key.
